30 days of light in China
One month full of lighting workshops, lectures and had the honour of being part of the first episodes of Profoto Academy Live China. We jumped frequently between Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing and really tried to spread the word of light as much as possible! Also met the coolest and most inspiiring photographers ever in Shanghai – Milos and Vlatko from Studio Dare. True craftmansship AND artistry. Wich we had more time! Next time!
Watch out for “Soft light”
Soft light is a term that confuses more than it makes clear, but since no one really have defined the expression or broken down what makes us perceive light as “soft light” – we let it pass by as if we know what it is…
So I took a deep breath and once and for all broke it down into it’s fundamentals. What do we actually mean with “soft light”, and more important – what should we say? One thing is for sure – don’t say “soft light”.
We run it internationally too. Interested? Fix a good studio, interested participants and let’s rock abroad!
If you do speak Swedish, flip the web-language to Swedish by toggle that little flag up in the right corner!
Professional photography is all about preparations. Taking care of everything that the client don’t even know is needed.
We do commercials, documentaries, tv-series, company stories, stories for social media and so on.
We conduct workshops and seminars all over the world with one key mission: Spread knowledge and the importance of craftmanship.

We are collecting words for a dictionary of light, and would love to know what words you are using when doing portrait lighting (or any other kind of light shaping). Send us an email with your terminology, and be a part of this project!LANGUAGE OF LIGHT
